We created PMP because we wanted to help contractors in our industry ease and organize their daily workflow, work efficiently while generating more business, and generate profitable returns while completing projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Founded out of Port Saint Lucie, Florida by Kerin Hughes.

As the founder and CEO of Pavement Management Pro, Kerin Hughes manages the team and determines new strategies to move the company forward. He is also involved in the development, design, and structure of PMP.
